For over 20 years, Kelly Shapley has been a trusted advocate for individuals navigating complex legal and insurance systems. Her career began in Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI), where she helped countless clients secure the benefits they deserved during some of the most challenging times of their lives.
Building on that foundation of advocacy, Kelly expanded her expertise into Mass Tort and Class Action referrals, connecting individuals with the legal representation they needed to hold corporations accountable and seek justice for harm caused by defective products, pharmaceuticals, and corporate negligence.
These were people who deserved justice. People who trusted a medication only to suffer devastating side effects. People who had a medical device implanted, believing it would improve their quality of life, only to face pain, complications, and loss. People who became disabled and needed someone in their corner to help them navigate the complex Social Security system. Kelly's role was to connect them with the right attorneys who could fight for their rights and secure the compensation they deserved.

After 24 months on SSDI, they became eligible for Medicare. After receiving compensation from a lawsuit, they had resources but often no guidance on how to protect their health and their family's future.
